My two cents, sure some of it has been said before but since you offered this token chance to a somewhat apologetic thread I will reiterate some of the main talking points.
1. How much does it cost CCP to acquire a new customer, this is a redundant question but the cost of maintaining an existing customer is typically far more cost effective that acquiring a new one. This in mind should the catering factor and focus of most development not be to the bitter old vets that are apparently clogging up the forums? I understand the game must continue to evolve and have no problem with that but the focus lately seems to be on acquiring the worlds masses through every possible means.
2. Transparency, yes you have no obligation whatsoever to any person playing this game to reveal future content, strategies, development, or respond to any question but it goes a really really long way and allows us to flourish as a community. The leaked memo, the forum rants, and protests, sure damage control is difficult but trying to wait us out poor decision making. Also, forum banning, removing posts, and locking threads is not appropriate in such a situation, forum rules are of little matter when we have pressing issues we would like addressed.
3. Carrot over the stick, CQ may be the greatest thing ever to come to Eve but the manner in which is was deployed had the effect of shoving it down our throats, a simple Enter CQ button would have sufficed and we could still merrily spin our spaceships. Curiosity would get the better of most people and we would investigate. However, there are many among us that simply do not desire the game to move in this direction and have been firmly stating that opinion since "Walking in Stations" "Ambulation" were announced years ago.
4. Performance, huge issue here I have the hardware to run anything and everything as hard as I want but when I have multiple clients up and there is a noticeable strain I can only feel for the people that aren't using anything remotely current. Hint check with Steam they have a pretty good indication of what hardware is widely used amongst gamers, you should have this information already.
5. RMT, the issue I have is this introduces a controlled part of the economy that effects the isk flow, unless I misunderstood AUR is a fixed exchange rate and the items are fixed price, and all of this bypasses the entire industrial side of eve, you're introducing basically npc items that much work went into removing to make everything player generated and market priced. In a subscription game I cannot see the need for this and reversing a facet of the game CCP is proud and boasts about, point I want to draw the line here but it will go unheeded, however, the second a game advantage item is available for RMT the game is broken. To address what you seemed to think was the pressing issue of high prices in the Nex Store, doesn't matter make them 1isk each still does not belong in the game. Side note, not completely sold on plex being an in game item.
TL:DR 1. Focus on core customer 2. Transparency 3. CQ- don't want it but make it optional if you have to have it 4. Performance issues (haven't re-enabled to verify if patch made a diff) 5. AUR/RMT no, absolutely not, no place in this game period
